Lev Ehad is a civil aid organization that works in emergency situations in Israel and around the world.
We believe that national resilience is measured by the level of activity of people, and that leadership grows out of crisis. That's why we set as a goal the development of local leadership while creating an immediate aid infrastructure, based on volunteers from the community.
Lev Ehad was established by graduates of the Ein Perat seminary in 2005 and since its inception has activated over 120,000 volunteers deployed in Israel and around the world, and has been recognized by official bodies, such as the Home Front Command, the National Emergency Authority, the Ministry of Welfare, the Ministry of Education and more.

ארגון "לב אחד" מגייס מנהל/ת הצלחת לקוחות(CSM) בעל/ת אוריינטציה טכנולוגית מובהקת, לתפקיד מפתח במערך הטכנולוגי של הארגון. התפקיד נמצא בליבה של הפלטפורמה החדשנית שלנו, המחברת בין בקשות סיוע למתנדבים בכל רחבי החברה הישראלית, ומהווה צומת מרכזי בין המשתמשים (עמותות, רשויות, חברות ויוזמות) לבין צוותי הפיתוח והמוצר. אנו מחפשים מועמד/ת עם יכולות ביצוע גבוהות, כושר למידה מהיר, תושייה ורעב להצליח ולהשפיע.
מנהל/ת שיווק ארגוני
אחריות כוללת על תחומי השיווק, התקשורת והנראות הציבורית של לב אחד. התפקיד כולל הובלת בניית המותג, יצירת תוכן איכותי ומתמשך, ניהול מערכי השיווק הדיגיטלי וקמפיינים רחבי־היקף לגיוס מתנדבים ולשיווק אפליקציית המתנדבים הלאומית. זאת לצד עבודה מול ספקים חיצוניים, ניהול פרויקטים שיווקיים והעמקת המעורבות הציבורית סביב פעילות הארגון.
